Tugas Akhir Evaluasi Sistem dan Prosedur Administrasi Gudang Material Pada PT PG Rajawali I Unit PG Krebet Baru Malang

PT. PG Rajawali 1 Unit PG. Krebet Baru is a state-owned company in Malang, East Java and is engaged in the sugar industry. All administration is highly prioritized and plays an important role in the production process, especially production administration and warehouse administration. This study describes the evaluation of material warehouse administration systems and procedures at PG Krebet Baru. In supporting the effectiveness of a company, a good system is needed and the order of objectives is met in order to optimize the performance of employees in a company. This study aims to evaluate the existing system in the PG Krebet Baru material warehouse whether the system has been fulfilled with the correct procedure or not. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the administrative procedures at PG Krebet Baru are appropriate, but in the system there are still some shortcomings that need to be corrected by PG Krebet Baru in order to achieve the company's goals effectively and efficiently.
