Abstract

Pabrik Gula Meritjan berlokasi ± 5 km sebelah utara kota Kediri, tepatnya di Jalan Merbabu RT. 005 RW. 007, Kelurahan Mrican, Kecamatan Mojoroto, Kota Kediri, Jawa Timur. Pabrik Gula Meritjan mengelola komoditas tanaman tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.) yang menghasilkan produk akhir berupa Gula Kristal Putih (GKP) dan tetes. Sumber lahan tebu yang diolah berasal dari Tebu Sendiri (TS) dan Tebu Rakyat (TR).
