This study aims to determine the Internal Control System Analysis for Cash
Management in supporting the effectiveness of cash management at PT. Nusantara
X Plantation, Gempolkrep PG, Gedeg – Mojokerto. And to find out whether internal
control has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of cash
management, a research is conducted that focuses on the effectiveness of cash
management within PT. Nusantara X Plantation, Gempolkrep PG, Gedeg –
Mojokerto.
This research method is qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this
study are observation, interviews, and observations. The data analysis techniquein
this study used a qualitative approach.
Based on the research results obtained that the effect of control on the
effectiveness of cash management in PT. The Nusantara X plantations, PG
Gempolkrep, Gedeg – Mojokerto have been effective. This can be seen from the
internal control components found in the company by looking at the effectiveness
aspect. Aspects of effectiveness are tasks and functions, plans or programs, as well
as policies or regulations at PT. The plantations of Nusantara X, PG Gempolkrep,
Gedeg – Mojokerto are well run.
