Abstract
Pabrik gula (PG) Gempolkrep merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan dari PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (persero) yang memproses gula kristal dari bahan baku tebu, pabrik ini mendapatkan pemasuk bahan baku tebu dari petani tebu yang ada diwilayah Mojokerto, Lamongan, dan jombang. PG Gempolkrep mempunyai kapasitas giling 7200 TCD, dengan tebu digiling sebanyak 1,1 juta ton dan rendemen rata-rata 8,5 persen.
