Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the involvement of users and contingent factors affect the performance of Accounting Information Systems used in the hospitality services at LPP ConventionHotel Yogyakarta. To explain this effect, five contingencies factors namely, human resources,the size of the organization, top management
support, formulation development of the system in the development of Accounting Information Systems at LPP Convention Hotel tested its effect on improving the performance of Accounting Information Systems (AIS). Hypothesistesting is done to the musers of Accounting Information System at LPP Convention Hotel are the general manager, division manager, and the employees of the LPP Convention Hotel. Methods of data collection using the survey method, to test the hypothesis used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study found that the ability of personnel, the size of the organization, top management support, and formulation development system is a moderating variable that can strengthen the relationship between the involvement ofusers with user
satisfaction in Accounting Information Systems at the
LPP Convention Hotel.
